Although it is disturbing to see that HR professionals do not believe Millennials are as hard-working, people-savvy, or loyal as they would like to think they are, at least the young people of America are optimistic.
(3)If you are apart of the Millennial Generation, you are used to being warned about oversharing information online. This is because you grew up in a world where social media was a new and growing way of communicating.
(5) Millennials have witnessed and grown up in a era of patriotism, limitation in civil liberties (Patriot Act, racial profiling), immigration restraints, and change in international relations.
